Dr. N. Ashok Vardhan is a Medical Biochemist, Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at Government Medical College, Ramagundam, Telangana, with over 13+ years of experience in teaching, clinical laboratory management, and biomedical research. He earned his PhD in Medical Biochemistry in Neuro biochemistry from Saveetha University, Chennai, with a thesis focused on combination therapy in Parkinson’s disease. He also holds a Postgraduate degree in Medical Biochemistry from SRM Medical College, SRM University, Chennai. He has worked in institutes like Department of Genetics, Osmania University, Malla reddy vishwavidyapeeth, instructor for DAVOS medical students, he contributed for different Allied health sciences and Paramedical institutions.
Dr. Ashok Vardhan has published 50+ research papers in national and international web of science, Pubmed, Scopus-indexed journals, with 1200+ citations and research contributions in neurodegenerative disorders, cancer biology, preeclampsia, phytomedicine, and metabolic diseases. He has received multiple awards including the Emerging Researcher Award, Young Scientist Award and several Best Oral/Poster Presentation awards. He currently serves as In-charge of the Hospital Central Laboratory and is actively involved in Institutional Ethics Committee, Scientific Review Board, and NMC/NABL-related academic and quality initiatives.
