His expertise spans computational biology, next-generation sequencing (NGS), CRISPR technologies, systems biology, artificial intelligence in drug discovery, and bioinformatics. His research contributions include cardiovascular genetics, genome evolution, molecular mimicry, antimicrobial resistance, sustainable agriculture, and systems biology, with publications in peer-reviewed journals, books, and edited volumes.
